Ode to Wheat
Wheat the wonderful, wheat the divine, Wheat upon whom the happy multitudes dine. Wheat, I left my praise for you unsaid until I tasted gluten-free bread.
I love the poem. I love that you compose blog posts on the eliptical! I do the same thing...I'm brilliant and funny while running on the treadmill! Then I get off and it all seems to leave me. :) Oh well. I love your spring & summer pics!

Yes, I composed that yesterday morning on the eliptical. I'm pretty proud of it.
I mentally compose a lot of blogs while I'm working out, but most of them get forgotten before I can write them down.
